Recent Performance: Gabriella has performed her singer-songwriter material in various spaces across New England, including Club Passim, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Boston Playwright's Theatre, and the Massachusetts State House. In February 2026, she performed at the Peabody Essex Museum as part of the We Black Folk concert series, led by Boston visionary Cliff Notez.
Recording/Session Work: Collaboration is a core value of Simpkins' musicianship, one to which she owes her vast areas of knowledge and experience. Released in July 2024, she contributed background vocals, flute, and arranging to "Before the Daylight," written by Jacob Brennan and produced by Danielle Dominguez of Magic 8 Records.
